Inquiries are genuinely welcomed and received.
Credit card payments are accepted through Shopify and PayPal.
      Payment will be expected at time of purchase.
Your purchase item is mailed between 1 - 3 business days after payment is received. Please SEE individual listing for shipping time frames as Made-to-Order items have time frames stated for completion prior to shipping.
Mississippi residents will automatically be charged state sales tax upon check-out.
Alternate colors may be available for existing designs in our shops inventory at no extra charge. Inquire.

SHIPPING
I ship items to your invoiced address unless you instruct me to ship to an alternate address.
Receiving your original Authentic American sackettdoodles® Art on Glass in perfect condition and in a timely manner is our top priority. We take great pride in our products and pack them well for all customers.

USPS Priority Confirmation mail services. You will receive a notification at the time your package has shipped including your confirmation number for tracking. Your order normally arrives within two to four business days from shipment date excluding Holiday Seasons.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
Available if you need to ship with an alternate shipping company to an alternate business address/location other than your registered home address. Details discussed at the time of sale prior to shipping and a quote can be forwarded to you to review. Your extra shipping charges (if any) will be invoiced to you prior to shipping your items to their destination.
[Concierge service is offered as a shop courtesy, and is at no extra charge to you from us other than the quoted shipping detailed costs]

Insurance Quotes available with request if you wish to add  additional insurance to your order shipment. Invoiced prior to shipment.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Excluding Bespoke Designs. Contact us to advise of returning your item. 
To receive a refund excluding shipping and handling fees items must be received within 7 Days of original invoice date. The package must be mailed back in the original packaging and received in original condition.

*NOTE that a Restocking Fee of 30% of your order may apply. Upon return of the item(s) undamaged and in its original condition a refund will be disbursed to your account in the original form of your payment minus any additional fees.

If we have agreed that you are returning the item(s) It is suggested that you use shipping with a Priority Confirmation Receipt in returning your item. Please forward your return shipping confirmation at time of shipment to skyspirit@cableone.net for package to be properly received.
Without a Shipping Confirmation Receipt you may be responsible for breakage on return postal transactions and or lost items from you to me.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

While I take great pride in packing your item well for all my customers sometimes accidents happen and in that rare case your item arrives damaged and it is one in a set, I gladly replace an item(s) at no charge to you. Just attach a photo of said 'damaged' item with your email notice to me to replace your item. Please note additional shipping charges may apply.
